Organize the people waiting at your workshop desk
Use the Claari pilot for check-in or pickup conversations. Keep repair work, authorization and vehicle release in your workshop systems.
Example — an arrival at reception
A driver joins the check-in line, follows ticket A014 and speaks with an adviser when called. This synthetic example shows a reception visit, not repair progress.
Know who owns each step
Reception checks the request. The adviser records the job and authorization, the technician records findings and completed work, and the parts owner reports shortages through the workshop's existing process. The adviser owns customer updates; checkout checks payment and release before returning keys. A queue ticket does not perform or verify those steps.
Use Claari for
QR arrival, an assisted option, a private ticket and staff calling for a defined front-desk task.
Continue using your existing tools for
Vehicle and job records, appointments, diagnosis, estimates, authorization, parts, payments and release. No integration with workshop software is promised. Staff use the English console. Email is conditional; SMS is outside this pilot.
Does the ticket track the repair?
No. It follows the customer's queue visit at the desk; the workshop system holds the repair status.
Can we use it for pickup?
You can define a pickup conversation as a service line. The workshop's checks still determine whether a vehicle may be released.
Does “done” mean the vehicle is ready?
It means the queue visit is finished. It does not confirm repair completion, payment or vehicle readiness.
