Features
A private ticket for the customer's queue visit
Let customers follow their ticket without creating an account. Explain their next step while your team manages the service line.
Example
Ticket A014 is waiting, then shows that it is the customer's turn after staff call them. The example is synthetic and makes no promised start time.
For your customer
Join the line, keep the private ticket link and check its current state. The ticket shows the queue visit and people ahead; customers can leave the line from that page. A place in line is not a guaranteed wait.
For your team
Tell customers how you will call them and where to ask for help. Add an assisted arrival when someone cannot use a phone. A lobby display can show ticket numbers without showing customer names or emails.
If a ticket will not open
Ask staff to check the visit before joining again. Keep the link private; it is for that customer's visit. Email needs configured delivery and a recorded result. People who skip email should keep the ticket page open; retain in-person calling. SMS is outside the pilot.
A ticket describes attention in a line.
It does not track a vehicle repair, approve a public-service case or confirm a payment. Staff still use the English console and the business's existing records for the work itself.
