Features
Give walk-ins a clear way to join
Customers join from a QR code and staff call the next person when they are ready. Keep the line connected to the service happening on site.
Example
A visitor selects “Haircut,” gets ticket A014 and waits. When a stylist is ready, reception calls the next person. This is a synthetic example.
For your customer
Scan the location QR, choose an open service and join without an app or account. Follow the private ticket while waiting, then go to the staff member when called. Ask reception for help if using a phone is difficult.
For your team
Set up the location and services. Admit assisted walk-ins, call the next person and keep called, serving and done aligned with actual attention. Agree who handles an absent customer or an unresolved visit.
When something changes
An unavailable page or an uncertain submission needs a staff check before creating another visit. Keep a manual way to receive and call people. The queue does not guarantee a waiting time, reserve capacity in an external calendar or prove that the underlying job is complete. Email is conditional; SMS is outside the pilot. Staff use the English console.
Use it in context
Salon walk-ins Run a walk-in salon shift; workshop reception Organize an auto-shop front desk; public-service lines Coordinate public-service lines. Related: private customer tickets A private ticket for the customer's queue visit.
