A clear arrival-to-call routine for your business
Explore the Claari walk-in pilot in salons, auto-shop reception and public-service waiting rooms. Start with the queue and keep ownership of the work that follows clear.
One queue loop, different work behind it.
Customers join by QR, follow a private ticket and respond when staff call. Each business still decides who can serve, records the work and handles checkout or follow-up in its existing tools.
- Salons and barbers: Help walk-ins join the line and connect reception with the stylist. → Give salon walk-ins a clear place in line
- Auto repair shops: Organize people waiting to speak with an adviser, while repair orders stay in the workshop system. → Organize the people waiting at your workshop desk
- Public-service centers: Coordinate arrivals and staff attention, while agency records and decisions stay with the agency. → Give public-service visitors a clear next step
Start with a defined service.
The free pilot focuses on QR → ticket → call. Staff use the English console. Email is conditional; SMS is outside the pilot. These examples do not establish integrations, business outcomes or government affiliation.
