Give public-service visitors a clear next step
Coordinate arrivals and staff calling in a public-service waiting room. Keep eligibility, documents and case decisions in your agency's process.
Example — waiting for a counter
A visitor joins an available service, follows ticket A014 and approaches staff when called. Synthetic example only; Claari has no government or DMV affiliation.
A routine with clear responsibility
The supervisor opens the services that can accept arrivals. Reception confirms the request and assists anyone who needs help joining. The receiving officer handles the transaction, records its disposition in the agency system and names the next owner. The supervisor reviews unresolved referrals before closing.
Use Claari for
QR arrivals, assisted walk-ins, private tickets and staff calling. A lobby display can show ticket numbers rather than names or emails.
Continue using your existing process for
Appointments, accommodations, priority policy, identity checks, documents, fees and case decisions. Claari does not establish eligibility, certify compliance or promise an agency-system integration. The staff console remains in English; email is conditional and SMS is outside this pilot.
Is this an official DMV system?
No. DMV-style offices are an example of a service setting. No agency endorsement or affiliation is claimed.
What if someone cannot use a phone?
Staff can add an assisted arrival and keep a manual way to call people. Follow your office's established accommodations process.
Does finishing a ticket resolve the case?
No. Queue completion records the attention given. The official outcome belongs in the agency's case system.
